Hello, I'm Kevin Cook, currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Experience at CareStack. My journey with CareStack has been a continuous learning and growth experience, centered around enhancing customer interactions and experiences. I initially worked as a Senior Interaction Designer. This role allowed me to understand user interactions and the importance of user-centric design deeply. Over the years, I transitioned into my current role, focusing on optimizing the overall customer experience.
