CEO, Northwest Dental Group

Dr. Post is the owner and CEO of Northwest Dental Group. She is a 2003 Graduate of the University of Iowa College of Dentistry and completed a general practice residency at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics. An artist at heart, she loves helping patients create their dream smiles. Away from the office, you'll find her coaching one of her three children in basketball, leading a local business club for highschool students, or volunteering on the board at the Ronald McDonald House. She is passionate about giving to her community and team. This has included 15 years of Free Dental Days, Elevating Smiles (Smile makeover), and mission trips to Costa Rica, Dominican Republic and MSP. She has taken her team from 30 new patients a year to 350 new patients per month and multiple locations. She's a member of the CEO mastermind group at the Scheduling Institute, C12, Spear Study Club, and NW Mastermind with Katie Post
